Welcome!
The swim team exists as a club sport and competes against both private and public schools in Middle Tennessee. The team is made up of all skill levels from new swimmers to state champions. We encourage anyone with an interest in swimming to join the team especially this year! The season begins with the first practice after Fall Break and concludes with the February State Championship Meet. High School athletes typically practice 2-3 times a week and participate in 4-7 meets. Swimmers are encouraged to attend as many practices as possible. Year round swimmers opt out of team practices and only practice with their clubs. Year round swimmers are defined as athletes competing with their USA Swimming club team Senior groups. We wrapped up an excellent high school season in February at the 2026 TISCA High School State Championship Meet. The Hume-Fogg women placed FIRST in the State Small School Division! Excellent swims by Maya Conrad, Maya Woods, Iris Casey, and Brynn Kennedy allowed us to bring home the title!
