Arrival time: 1:45 PM
Warmup time: 2 PM
Timer meeting 2:30 in the lobby
Meet start time: 2:45-3 PM
Estimated finish: 4:45 PM
Remember you MUST check in with the 'attendance' coach on deck--probably will be Alli and Evelyn this meet.
Do not leave without checking with a coach!
No parents on deck unless volunteering.
Kids enter through the locker rooms or from the mezzanine staircases.

Heat sheets and warmups will be posted in GroupMe and the website (Click Meets above)--please note that they may change. If you do not see your name and want to swim then you can come to the meet and we can try to deck enter you. No guarantees on deck entries though.
Plan to be there by 12:45 please.
- Please ask your athletes to enter via our River Entrance on Saturday (west of the main entrance on Highway 100) and to park behind the Natatorium.
- Please direct your swimmers to enter the pool deck by going either upstairs from the main lobby to the balcony level and then back on deck OR by exiting to the patio from the main lobby and walking through the back side. Athletes ARE NOT to enter through either the Meet Management office or the small pool locker rooms.
- There will be limited concessions in the front lobby
- We will have assigned warm-up lanes and dedicated start lanes / times
Volunteers HS: HHS-Huneycutt, Valor-Pietsch, HFA-still needed

The first activity of the event will be painting team banners!
During painting parents are welcome to stay for an informal parent meeting with the coaches. We will go over meets and parent expectations as well as answer any questions!
Kids should wear field day type clothes--at least tennis shoes---and bring a water bottle. There are no facilities at the picnic shelter.
