Welcome!
For the first time in many years, we are excited to offer a 2023-24 middle school season that runs concurrent with the MTHSSA high school and middle school season. This change allows us to offer more practices, more competitions, and better prepare students for high school swimming. The Meigs swim team exists as a club sport and competes against both private and public schools in Tennessee. The team is made up of all skill levels from new swimmers to Middle TN champions. We encourage anyone with an interest in swimming to join. Swimmers are expected to attend all practices. Year round (USA club) swimmers who are practicing with their club team may opt out of weekly team practices and compete for Meigs in middle school meets. The Meigs swim team operates under the umbrella of the Nashville School Swim Club, a 501c3 organization dedicated to the growth of swimming in the Nashville Public Schools. |
