TEAM SUITS
Swimmers wear team suits to all meets. Order a team suit via the Swim Outlet link on your team's page.
Custom team suits can take up to 6 weeks to arrive and should be placed ASAP!
COACH PSA: CHEAP GOGGLES WILL FALL OFF AND LEAK. DO NOT BUY GOGGLES THAT ARE LESS THAN $20. IF YOU WANT YOUR CHILD TO LEARN HOW TO DIVE, DO NOT SEND THEM TO PRACTICE WITH WALMART GOGGLES, ALDI GOGGLES, OR ANY GOGGLES THAT HAVE A QUICK RELEASE BUTTON ON THE STRAP. please.

Swim cap - (example here - each swimmer will also receive one team cap for Session 2)

Fins (example here - short fins recommended for high school, long fins example here are recommended for middle school. Fins that are slightly large can be worn with an old pair of socks)
Kickboard (example here-kickboard should be at least 17 inches long)

Practice Suit
If you are new to swimming, boys suits generally fit by waist size and girls suits by using the size charts provided by company.
Boys' suits should be tight to the waist/thigh. Jammers or briefs are acceptable. No trunks.
Girls' suits should be one-piece and shoulder straps should be tight enough that they cannot be pulled up to the ears. Medium to full bottom coverage is required.
Girls' tie-back suits are not allowed at meets, but may be worn at practice.
Speedo endurance+ suits are durable and will last at least one season.
